R&J Vocab 2

Rosemary - noun - a evergreen shrub
The rosemary had grown from two inches too three.
Sallow - adj - unhealthy yellow face
The kid with jaundice was shunned by the rest of the 3rd grade class.
Waverer -noun- shake with a quivering motion
She was a waverer, someone that couldn't make up her  mind in anything.
Perverse- adj -  showing a deliberate and obstinate desire to behave in a way that is unreasonable
She was perverse when shouting about how she "wanted to kill a puppy".
Cunning- adj - having or showing skill in achieving one's ends by deceit
The spy was cunning in her attempts to assassinate the president. 
Procure- vb - obtain with care or effort
The man procured the golden egg with specific planning.
Lamentable - adj -  deplorably bad or unsatisfactory
The mans untimely death was lamentable.
Kinsmen - noun - blood relation
Kinen's kinsmen killed the opposing tribe.
Unwieldy- adj - difficult to carry or move because of its size, shape, or weight
The T.V. box was unwieldy to carry.
Variable - noun - an element, feature, or factor that is liable to vary or change
In the math equation, the second variable was long.
