R & J Wedding Vows

Friar Laurence: We are gathered here today to PARTY! YEAH! Beach babes! Alright!

Juliet: Uh-hem. (cough, cough, glare)

Friar Laurence: Oh… Marry these two hooligans. Although, they have gone through much, and still have more turmoil ahead, they are here to be wedded. They are…youthful and spry, without any of the traits that come with older age. Romeo, a passionate and loving fellow would like to make Juliet his bride. He has nothing to his name, being banished, but still believes love will conquer. The brave man is here upon this stoop with nothing but his love. How romantic is he, how dashing of figure and charm he is. Juliet, a cool breeze to his flame, wished to be married to this man. To tame this Romeo, we have Juliet a beautiful maiden, whose intelligence knows no bounds. Juliet brings naught but herself and a ring for Romeo. We may all see there love through the vows exchanged today. Romeo, do you wish to recite your vows?

Romeo: I do!

Friar: Continue with my blessing

Romeo: I have been plagued by this unabridged feeling. It bursts from within my heart so suddenly and with so much love that neither word nor deed can properly form it. This is love, so beautiful, so real, I will do anything for you Juliet. Till the ends of time do I swear to love and worship you, my sun. I wish to raise my face, in the morn, to the bright dawn of your face. The glow within you outshines the paltry sun. My one true mate, I promise to cherish you without reserve. Will you be mine, my deepest love?

Friar: Do you, Juliet, accept these vows?

Juliet: I do.

Friar: You may recite your vows now Juliet.

Juliet: Yes of course. You have warmed me with your love, I am no longer a frigid and lonely maiden. The moment I saw you I was aware you were the one for me. Our love will continue to grow for many years. The only one I with whom I want to grow old. I vow to be a good and loving wife to you and our future children. My most beloved, Romeo, will you be mine faithfully and forever?

Friar: Do you, Romeo, accept these vows?

Romeo: I do!

Friar: Now by the power invested in me by God and the Pope, I pronounce you husband and wife. May all you endeavors result in happiness, may you be blessed with many children, may the winds are you softly and swiftly to your destinations.
Kiss the bride you fool!
